What are the benefits
of having my vehicle valeted?
The main benefit in having your vehicle valeted is to help
maintain it's value. If you're selling your vehicle and it
has not been cleaned for some time, having it valeted will
increase it's value and sale potential by hundreds of pounds.
Do I need to provide
electricity and water when you come to do my valet?
No. Our vans are fully equipped with their own power and
water supply on board.
What kind of finish do
you give?
We aim to get your car as clean and immaculate as possible,
giving showroom results. Your vehicle will be finished to
a sales spec as if you had just bought your vehicle from a
showroom.
Are you mobile?
Yes, we are fully mobile with self sufficient vans, we come
to you which is much more convenient as you don't have to
do any traveling. We can clean your vehicle at home or at
your place of work. If you require the full total car care
protection then we take your car to our workshops as this
has to be done in a dust free environment.
Is your company insured?
Yes we have public liability insurance and are fully insured.
How far do you travel?
For general Valeting, we cover: Hampshire, Surrey, Wiltshire
and Dorset. We cover a 20 mile radius of Winchester in Hampshire.
We can travel outside this area but this will incur extra
fees to cover fuel.
How long does it take
to clean my vehicle?
We can give you an estimated time over the phone or by email
but we will not know an exact time until we have seen the
vehicle.
What if it rains?
If it rains, or other adverse weather conditions prevent
your valet being carried out, we will contact you to advise
and to rearrange for another suitable time.
What products do you
use?
We use Autoglym
and Autosmart
for all our cleaning materials. These companies have an excellent
range of products that we enjoy using. They are certainly
not the cheapest but give fantastic results.
What payment methods
do you accept?
We accept Bacs and cash on the day. Alternatively, you
can set up an account with us.
Do you charge VAT?
We are not a VAT registered company so we do not charge our
customers VAT.
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday to Friday.
What if I cancel my appointment?
If you cancel on the day of your appointment you will be charged in full.
Are there restrictions
on where you carry out my valet?
Unfortunately, there are some restrictions for safety and
insurance reasons; please raise any concerns when you call
to book. Also, sometimes permission needs to be granted for
valeting to be carried out at clients' premises, car park
or other location. It is your responsibility to obtain any
such permission from the owner / operator of the premises
or car park. Any fines, clamps or parking charges will need
to be reimbursed from you if permission is not obtained.
